He talks through each legendary and unique, the Druid boons, the skill tree and the paragon board to get the entire thing set up.Update on 7 July 2023: This article has been updated to reflect the latest Echoing Nightmare builds and tier list info for Season 28 of Diablo 3. This is a more in-depth guide than his last video. He’s now calling it the fastest clear build in the game given the sheer numbers it puts out. Update: Moxsy has done a new video with the updated 1.8 billion damage spike. And Blizzard has been pretty light with the nerfs so far. Though even Moxsy isn’t quite sure yet how this hit the full multipliers to get to the 1.8 billion damage he’s seeing now. This will actually apply twice to both Shred damage and then total damage. There’s the Legendary Node Heightened Malic that deals 45% more damage total when there are 3 or more poisoned enemies nearby. You also want to stack damage additions, like Envenom which deals more Critical damage to poisoned enemies. This is called “double dip” damage, which applies to damage scaling in many different games, and it appears interactions in Diablo 4 as well, Moxsy more fully explains it in the video itself if you really want to know the math behind it. This creates an interaction where Shred does a moderate amount of damage, but the Stormclaw’s aspect then scales the lightning damage wildly outside of that. This can be combined with the Unique Waxing Gibbous to gain Stealth when killing enemies with Shred, which then grants Ambush to guarantee Critical Strikes for 1-2.5 seconds. One of the key Aspects here is Stormclaw’s, which has Critical Strikes with Shred dealing 30-45% of the damage dealt as Lightning damage to the target and surrounded enemies.
